Baptism

Baptism makes us children of God, members of the Body of Christ, and Temples of the Holy Spirit. It "connects" us to Christ by forgiving our sins. Through it, we enter into the Paschal Mystery of Christ, being buried with Christ and rising witih him to newness of life (Romans 6). Baptism is the "gateway" to all the other sacraments.
