Prayer Groups

There is a Monday night prayer group that meets in the rectory at 7 p.m. The Sant'Egidio community also hosts a prayer group on Wednesday evenings at about 6:30 p.m. The latter group also performs apostolic service at the local Rock Creek Nursing Home.

On First Fridays after the noon Mass, there is a devotion to the Sacred Heart. On First Saturdays, there is exposition of the Blessed Sacrament following the 9 a.m. Mass until 10:30, when there is Benediction. The usual First Saturdays devotions are held during Exposition.

Following the 12:10 Mass on Wednesdays, and the 5:30 p.m. Mass on Tuesdays, the devotion to Our Lady of Perpetual Help is observed.

The rosary is recited after the daily noon Mass.
